A 90-day return window, a 2-year replacement warranty and lifetime technical support on every appliance.

90-day returns

If a KOIOS appliance isn’t right for you, return most items within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@koios.pages.dev with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll send simple return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the appliance securely and ship it back using our guidance.

2-year replacement & lifetime support

Every KOIOS appliance is covered by a 24-month replacement warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, plus lifetime technical support. If something fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or defective

If your appliance arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.
